Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Zena Beauty.It’s ok to change your mind. We understand! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please note that you cannot return the item with the same courier rider or vehicle that has delivered your order.You need to initiate the delivery with Zena Beauty by sending us an email to customerservice@zenabeauty.co.ke .

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for the same item or a different one of the same value or higher. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you will need to pay the difference .

Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are nonrefundable.
